No. If you have vendors you trust, we bring them onto your Villa Curato bill and coordinate them alongside ours. You get one relationship and one invoice either way — you just stop being the one making the calls and cutting the checks.
Add-ons are quoted at onboarding based on your household and the partner network rate. We coordinate everything — one point of contact for the entire scope of service.
Weekly laundry covers your clothing — picked up, washed, folded, and returned. In Essential, we drop dry cleaning off during errands and you settle directly with the cleaner. In Select, it's managed end to end; rush requests are coordinated by us with any vendor premium billed at cost. Bedding and towels are handled separately — washed onsite during professional cleaning visits.
We keep our scope clear so we do it well. Base service does not include childcare, deep cleaning, pet sitting, cooking, or driving your vehicles. Cleaning, pet care, and chef meal service are available as add-ons — coordinated through your Curator with vetted providers.
Your Curator holds a set weekly schedule built around your household. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to skip or reschedule a visit. Visits canceled inside 24 hours are counted as completed for that week.
Cleaning, lawn care, pool service, a chef, your existing vendors — all coordinated through Villa Curato and billed on one itemized monthly statement. Your subscription, plus each service as a line item. You never coordinate a vendor or hand over a payment again.
Our Partner Network gives members access to vetted local providers, preferred pricing when available, and one accountable point of coordination. We don't make money by making your vendors more expensive.
